Location: Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo – Mendoza, Argentina

Winery: The philosophy of Bodega Caelum is that maintaining utmost care for the vines is the best way to achieve desired results in their wines. This is all overseen and coordinated by Agronomist, Mercedes Díaz, and Winemaker, Giuseppe Franceschini who work together to obtain the best quality from the grapes. The vineyard’s "espaldero" training system ensures the vines are fully secured from hail with a protective mesh. The vines are watered with drip irrigation to control and optimise the use of water, their most valuable resource.

History: Caelum is a family project that was born in 2009. After more than ten years of dedicated farm work and selling grapes to neighbouring wineries, they decided to complete the cycle of the vine by creating their own wine. With passion, they seek the highest quality every day, respecting the environment and maintaining a family structure as their foundation, they ensure the quality and care of each bottle.
