Graciano is a permitted grape in Riojan wines, often used in blends but also stands on it's own when used in single varietal production in wines. Graciano has good acidity and generally low alcohol content. It lends crispness and longevity to blends. Wines have purple-hues with blue tones, aromas of red fruit and faint bitterness. Also called: Graciana, Morrastel in France.
