92 Pts. James Suckling

The influence of the sea and soil combined with slow ripening makes for a deep ruby-red wine with a touch of violet and great aromatic complexity. The nose evokes ripe red and black fruits complimented by soft, elegant notes of vanilla and spice from the well-integrated oak. In the mouth soft, round tannins deliver a clean, elegant and persistent finish that is full of personality.

Food Matching: Ideal with lamb, white meats, pastas, and game birds, and don't forget how well Pinot pairs with Asian food.
